I booked two rooms, a one bedroom apartment for our overseas friends and a studio for my husband and I. The rooms were next to each other. The one bedroom apartment was large, comfortable and very well appointed with a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Our studio was very large for a studio, and was comfortable with a king size bed. Our studio had a fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery were changed daily in the studio if they had been used. The location was perfect as it was right above where the trams leave from to do the city tour, but we were not aware of any noise.

Perfect location for accessing different parts of the city. Bus stop just around the corner, great restaurants, coffee shops and pubs depending on what you’re feeling like. Quiet and comfortable for the most.

The location was awesome...1min walk to the venue of the concert I came down for. 3-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to and from the airport ($8 return, so cheap and better than the $78 Uber return). Great food place options right outside the hotel entrance, bottle store, cafe, hairdressers, and the old cathedral as your neighbor. Staff were great, quick, and really helpful. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment as well. It was spacious and had everything I needed and more. Great

Central location, right next to tram, New Regent Street and Cathedral square - so easy access to almost everything. easy walking distance to Restaurants like Mumbaiwalla, Bahn Mei Kitchen for pho. Quick tram ride to stop 4 Riverside Markets and stop 13 Botanic Gardens. Reception staff very obliging/ helpful. One night was in one building, a second stay was in the other with access inside the Cathedral Junction arcade area. A minor matter when it came time to check out. Staff called taxi for me - everything went smoothly. Only disruption was someone outside singing late at night - out on street. Otherwise, a great place to base yourself.

The room was of a good size and quality, with a comfortable bed. The shower was amongst the most soothing ve ever had at a hotel, feeling almost like a massage. It was also fairly quiet, especially with the tram underneath the hotel stopping at around 5pm. I arrived slightly earlier than my check in time, but the ladies behind the counter was very friendly and allowed me in the room earlier. The TV was decent enough, although the power cable kept coming loose.

Excellent location, just next to the Hop-on Hop-off Tram at Cathedral Junction. Plenty of space to relax, with TV, sofa, dining table etc. Excellent shower and bathroom. Very close to New Regent Street with great eating and drinking places, and walkable to the Bus Interchange. Definitely recommend for location. Also very convenient to have washing machine. Staff helpful to print out a couple of booking emails.

Very, very spacious kitchen, dining, lounge & bedrooms. Plenty of light in living areas & small balcony slowed fresh air. Bed very comfortable. Superb location to walk or tram around Christchurch. Restaurants close by. Washing & drying facilities. Free movies. Helpful staff. Tram noise was expected & not a bother & stopped before our bedtime.

Location is great! Walking distance from the city shops, tons of places to eat, including dessert, plus great coffee shops! I didn’t personally cash out on the $25 breakfast voucher but if you’re someone who gets hungry in the morning it’s probably not terrible value given the prices of the local cafes. Heater in the room worked a treat in cold weather and the bed was very comfortable. Price point at the time of stay was very good.

The apartments are right in the centre of Christchurch so easy walking to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It’s right by the tram station. The apartments are well planned and comfortable. Dishwasher and washing machine with some powder/pods provided Able to store luggage until time to check in or store on leaving.

The location was great so close to everything in the city and our one bedroom apartment was fine with all the facilities we required. The receptionist was always helpful when we arrived and asked questions throughout our stay. We loved the tram stop.
